Optima AUC 是用于定性分析溶液中大分子的通用方法。Optima AUC 将离心机与光学模块 相结合,前者能够沉降颗粒物,后者能够检测随时间变化的沉降情况。通过分析超速离 心技术,可深入了解样品分子量、形状、构造、相互作用和异质性。
