单细胞蛋白质表达定量分析系统Milo可在单细胞水平上进行蛋白质表达的定性定量分析, 使用荧光标记的抗体进行杂交和洗涤，然后通过荧光成像检测目的蛋白。可以用于单细胞测序结果在蛋白水平的验证、单细胞水平的蛋白共表达分析，以及流式细胞术受限的蛋白检测,可以检测复杂细胞群体中细胞与细胞间不同蛋白的表达差异。
