仪器介绍
Bruker NanoWizard V 原子力显微镜是一款用于生物样品高分辨成像和力学性质表征的实验设施。它与 ZEISS LSM900 共聚焦显微镜联用，实现样品形貌、力学和生化信息的同步采集和多参数关联分析。此外，该系统配备了细胞原位培养模块、高阶力谱测试、纳米刻蚀及操纵等功能，以及 100 微米 Z 向扫描范围的压电扫描器，为深入探索生物力学性质与细胞功能之间的关系提供了新思路和技术手段。
