仪器介绍
气相色谱法（GC）是一种适用于分离和分析挥发性、半挥发性且热稳定化合物的色谱技术。Agilent 8890/5977C GC/MSD 系统是一套高性能的气相色谱-单四极杆质谱联用系统。其核心的电子压力控制（EPC） 技术确保了全系统出色的压力和流量精度，为方法的重现性和可靠性奠定了基础。微板流路控制（CFT） 技术不仅实现了精确的流量分配，更支持检测器分流、色谱柱反吹和多维色谱等高级应用，例如可选配将色谱流出物同时送至质谱检测器（MSD，用于定性鉴定）和火焰离子化检测器（FID，用于高精度定量），从而通过多种数据源的互补全面增强分析能力。气质联用（GC-MS）技术广泛应用于环境监测、食品安全、石化分析及法医学等领域，是各类实验室进行常规靶向分析的主力机型，以可靠和高效著称。
