仪器介绍
Port-a-Patch是一种单通道测量膜片钳的设备。手动液体处理与计算机控制的压力调节相结合，可实现自动细胞捕获、 封接和全细胞模式。对于连续的细胞外液灌流，可以使用交换时间约为 150 毫秒的温度控制灌流槽。由于其独特的设计，还可以使用细胞内液灌流槽进行连续细胞内液灌流实验。 温度控制系统可以在生理温度下或应用温度步骤进行温控实验。
