AmMag™ Quatro 1300 全自动蛋白/抗体磁珠纯化系统，支持单管纯化样本体积高达 65 mL。该系统搭配金斯瑞纯化磁珠产品，能够轻松获得高纯度的产物，且不同样品管中提取的产物在得率和纯度上具有一致性。该系统基于磁珠法纯化原理，涵盖孵育、洗杂和洗脱等关键环节，全部过程实现全自动化，无需人工干预，从发酵液到样本的提取高效且便捷。与传统柱层析法相比，AmMag™ Quatro 1300 在自动化和高通量方面展现出显著优势，仅需 30 分钟即可完成 12 个样本的纯化，极大地节省了人力和时间，使高效纯化触手可及。此外，该系统适用于不同体积样本的纯化，灵活满足各种纯化需求。
