诱变育种仪
仪器介绍
用等离子体诱变育种微生物,与传统的低压气体放电等离子体源相比,常压室温等离子体具有等离子体射流温度低、放电均匀、化学活性粒子浓度高的特点。该仪器突变率高,结构紧凑,操作简单,安全性高,突变速度快。一次突变操作(几分钟内)可以获得一个大的突变库,大大提高了菌株突变的强度和突变库的容量;ARTP技术与高通量筛选技术相结合,可以实现生物体快速高效的进化育种。
