诱变育种仪
仪器介绍
用等离子体诱变育种微生物，与传统的低压气体放电等离子体源相比，常压室温等离子体具有等离子体射流温度低、放电均匀、化学活性粒子浓度高的特点。该仪器突变率高，结构紧凑，操作简单，安全性高，突变速度快。一次突变操作（几分钟内）可以获得一个大的突变库，大大提高了菌株突变的强度和突变库的容量；ARTP技术与高通量筛选技术相结合，可以实现生物体快速高效的进化育种。
