仪器介绍
Naica®六通道数字PCR仪，源于Crystal微滴芯片式数字PCR技术，自动化微滴生成和扩增，每个样本孔可实现6荧光通道的检测，智能化识别微滴并进行质控，3小时内即可获得至少6个靶标基因的绝对拷贝数浓度，为有限的生物样本提供更多的生物信息，显著缩短获得结果的时间和节省宝贵的样本。作为可靠的核酸检测方法，不仅可以用于稀有等位基因和稀有突变的检测，而且可以用于基因分型、绝对定量和拷贝数变异等诸多方面。
