仪器介绍
LightCycler 480 II作为一款高通量实时荧光PCR仪器，采用Therma-Base导热基架的热循环技术*、导热性能好的银质热循环模块和先进的光学检测系统，彻底消除边缘效应，保持稳定优质的检测结果，且整个过程中无需使用ROX等内参染料。用于基因表达和突变分析，能够满足基因组研究中基因检测、基因定量、基因分型和基因扫描等广泛的科学应用需要。能灵活兼容96个或384个样本同时进行检测，满足不同样本通量的使用需求。
