仪器介绍
Chromium X 超高通量单细胞捕获系统延续了10x 单细胞技术一贯的高质量捕获和全面的分析内容。 系统的单细胞捕获原理是基于Next GEM的微流控捕获技术，利用微流控体系，通过油滴包裹的凝胶珠（Gel Bead In Emulsions，GEM），形成数万个微反应体系。每个细胞的核酸被寡核苷酸条形码标记，实现单细胞的区分。Chromium X可以兼容8通道和16通道的芯片。一次上机可以捕获多达100万个独立有效的单细胞数据。更高的通量，可以有助于我们检出更多的细胞类型，构建更加精细的器官图谱；发现一些稀有细胞和稀有的克隆，助力单细胞免疫学研究；而更高的通量对于药物筛选，CRISPR基因编辑也会有更大的帮助。
