仪器介绍

Agilent 1290 Infinity Ⅲ‑Pro iQ 超高效液相‑单四极杆液质联用系统，液相最高耐压1300 bar，柱外死体积小，具备高效快速分离能力。配套Pro iQ质谱检测器扫描速度快、质量范围宽、灵敏度高，设备结构紧凑，可与液相系统堆叠集成，支持ESI、APCI两种离子化模式。仪器可与配套液相平台及OpenLab CDS工作站无缝联动，简化定性定量分析流程，配合智能状态预警与自动调谐功能，整机稳定性好、运维便捷。主要用于小分子定性定量、杂质分析、多肽分子量鉴定、环境污染物筛查等，广泛应用于药物研发、代谢组学、蛋白质组学及环境分析等研究领域，面向科研用户开放共享。
