10x Genomics的Visium空间基因表达解决方案,可以实现新鲜冰冻样本和石蜡包埋样本的空间转录组分析。Visium CytAssist组织多组学分析物转移系统,是一款专为空间转录组技术设计的自动化样本处理平台。目前可以将新鲜冰冻或者FFPE切片上的转录组分析物从普通的载玻片转移到VIsium玻片上。这样就使得我们可以对已经存到玻片上的病理样本进行空间转录组分析。或者,您可以在普通载玻片上对组织切片进行HE或者免疫荧光染色,选取感兴趣的切片,再将其转录组分析物转移到Visium玻片上。
