转盘高速共聚焦成像系统
仪器介绍
Dragonfly 202转盘共聚焦显微镜搭载了微透镜转盘扫描单元（可切换25μm和40μm的针孔）、四个固体激光器（405/488/561/637nm），全电动倒置显微镜、电动z轴调焦模块、两个sCMOS相机以及活细胞培养装置，可实现高达400帧/秒的快速共聚焦成像。它具有低光毒性和低光漂白的特性，是活细胞成像的理想工具，可广泛应用于发育生物学、细胞生物学、神经生物学、癌症研究、类器官和大型模式生物、转录组学以及蛋白质组学等多个领域。
