仪器介绍
Bioruptor Pico采用非接触式超声波进行组织裂解、细胞裂解、DNA破碎等, 整个过程在恒温水浴中完成，无过热现象。可供用户灵活选择样本体积 (20µL - 2mL) 和快速平行处理样本。配置冷却系统 (Bioruptor® Cooler) 可准确控制温度。
