Large Sample Light-sheet Microscope
Equipment Introduction
The LiTone XL utilizes linear Bessel light sheet technology and refractive index correction optical modules, offering imaging resolution up to 500 nm. With four-sided illumination technology, it enables rapid three-dimensional imaging of large samples, including cleared tissues, organs, and embryos. It is also capable of long-term imaging of multiple small live samples, such as zebrafish and Drosophila embryos.
