Genomics Service

The Genomics Core provides services and advanced instrumentation support for genomic analysis. We provide a suite of services to address your single cell omics, spatial transcriptomics and NGS needs, including solutions for sample processing such as single cell transcriptome profiling, spatial gene expression, NGS library preparation, digital PCR analysis, etc. The core will use one of the technologies offered by them (please see the list below) to provide service:

  1. 10X GENOMICS Xenium Analyzer
  2. 10X GENOMICS Chromium X
  3. 10X GENOMICS Visium CytAssist
  4. Element Biosciences AVITI Sequencer
  5. Oxford Nanopore GridION and P2 Solo Sequencers
  6. STILLa naica six-color digital PCR system
  7. Roche LightCycler 480 II real-time PCR system
  8. Agilent 5200 Fragment Analyzer

How to apply for service?

We require each project to be submitted into the online submission system:
https://instrumentsharelab.hkust-gz.edu.cn/Console/SampleManage/Index

Once submitted, we can arrange a handover for your samples.
