Equipment Introduction
The 5200 Fragment Analyzer System is a parallel capillary electrophoresis instrument that increases experimental efficiency, separating 12 samples in parallel in 15 minutes. It performs DNA QC and RNA QC on a wide variety of samples including gDNA, small RNA, cfDNA, large fragment DNA, and total RNA. The diversity of sample types that the system can separate makes it ideal for personalized workflows, including NGS library QC and CRISPR workflows.
