Multimodal Structured Illumination Super-resolution Microscope
Equipment Introduction
The Multi-SIM multimodal microscope integrates SIM, line-scanning confocal and SMLM. Equipped with five high-power lasers, high-speed SLMs and sensitive sCMOS cameras, it enables multicolor fluorescence imaging with high spatiotemporal resolution. Supporting diverse imaging modes, it achieves 60 nm lateral, 200 nm axial resolution and a 229 fps frame rate. With FRAP and an incubation system, it is ideal for live cell dynamics, subcellular structure and molecular research.
