Equipment Introduction
The PurePep® Chorus Polypeptide Synthesizer adopts a modular design for high-performance and user-friendly polypeptide synthesis. It supports 4-channel parallel or sequential synthesis for higher throughput. The PurePep Pathway low-dead-volume inert valve system eliminates cross-contamination and improves peptide purity and yield. Integrated with Single-Shot™ precise amino acid delivery, the instrument ensures stable synthesis quality and reduces expensive reagent consumption. The Intellisynth real-time UV monitoring accurately controls reactions and deprotection, optimizing reaction time and improving synthesis reliability. Its rapid inductive heating reaches target temperature in 10–20 seconds, enhancing synthesis performance for complex peptide sequences. Full-process precise control ensures high reproducibility and shorter cycles. Customizable automatic peptide cleavage enables long-term unattended operation for higher throughput and safer batch synthesis. Equipped with intuitive graphical software and an upgraded reagent database, the system simplifies operation. It supports both standard and custom synthesis protocols, providing flexible adaptation for various polypeptide synthesis requirements.
