Equipment Introduction
The Bruker NanoWizard V atomic force microscope, paired with a ZEISS LSM900 confocal, offers high-resolution imaging and mechanical characterization of biological samples. It features an in-situ cell culture module, force spectroscopy, nanolithography and nanomanipulation functions, as well as a piezoelectric scanner with a 100 μm Z-range for comprehensive analysis of sample morphology, mechanics, and biochemistry, advancing the study of biomechanical properties and cellular functions.
