Cellular Energy Metabolism Analysis System

Model:

Seahorse XF HS Mini

Location:

127, 1F, E4

Equipment Introduction

The Seahorse XF Energy Metabolism Analysis system utilizes non-invasive, label-free sensors to simultaneously and in real-time measure two energy metabolism pathways of living cells, quantify cell metabolic phenotypes, and analyze changes in cell function. The experiment result reflects the function of cellular mitochondria by measuring the Oxygen Consumption Rate (OCR), and the glycolysis function by measuring the Extra Cellular Acidification Rate (ECAR) and Proton Efflux Rate (PER).
