Density Gradient Preparation and Separation System

Equipment Introduction
The BioComp automated density gradient fractionation system can be used for gradient preparation of various solutions, including sucrose, glycerol, Optiprep, Nycodenz, Ficoll, Percoll, Metrizamide, Renografin, sodium chloride, cesium chloride, sodium acetate, and potassium chloride. The system is compatible with Himac centrifuge rotors (P40ST and S55S) or Beckman centrifuge rotors (SW40/41 and TLS-55) and is equipped with a three-channel detector that can simultaneously detect UV wavelengths at 260 nm and 280 nm, as well as EGFP fluorescence. The fraction collector supports 60×1.5 ml Eppendorf tubes, greatly improving sample recovery and experimental efficiency.
