Equipment Introduction

This is a fully automated high-throughput Western blot device. It utilizes capillary electrophoresis combined with patented internal coating technology to automatically complete the entire process from sample loading to electrophoresis separation, immunoblotting, chemical signals acquisition of by a cold CCD camera, and quantification of peak areas through chemiluminescent signal spectra, thus achieving quantitative analysis of Western blot lane images. It supports detection of 1-96 samples, only need 3-5 μL samples and is suitable for analyzing micro-scale samples, such as flow cytometry sorted cells, exosomes, organoids, etc.
