Equipment Introduction

The AmMag™ Quatro ProAb 1300 is a fully automatic protein/antibody magnetic bead purification system capable of handling a single tube purification sample volume of up to 65 mL. When paired with GenScript's purification magnetic bead products, it allows for the easy acquisition of high-purity products, with consistent yield and purity across samples extracted from various tubes. The system operates based on the principle of magnetic bead purification, encompassing  critical steps such as incubation, impurity washing, and elution. It is fully automated, requiring no manual intervention, and efficiently extracts high-purity target products from fermentation broth to sample. Compared to traditional column chromatography, the AmMag™ Quatro ProAb 1300 demonstrates significant advantages in automation and high-throughput capabilities. It is capable of purifying 12 samples in just 30 minutes, thereby substantially reducing manpower and time requirements, and making efficient purification readily attainable. Additionally, it is suitable for purifying samples of varying volumes, offering the flexibility necessary to meet diverse purification needs.
