Genomics

The Genomics Core specializes in the rapidly evolving fields of genomics, including single cell multi-omics, spatial transcriptomics, metagenomics, and epigenomics, among others. Leveraging cutting-edge genome technologies, innovative analytical methods, and a dedicated team of experts, the Core provides researchers with equal access to a diverse array of professional genomic research tools. Our state-of-the-art facility includes advanced sequencing platforms, single cell spatial imaging systems, and bioinformatics resources that enable detailed and comprehensive genetic analysis. Additionally, the Core houses a variety of tools for sample preparation and quality control, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and reliability in research outcomes. The Core is dedicated to advancing the field of genomics and supporting the scientific community. We aim to bridge the gap between research and practical application, fostering partnerships that promote the broader implementation of contemporary genomics advancements in industrial and biomedical fields.
