Live Sample Light-sheet Microscope
Equipment Introduction
The LiTone LBS2 employs an ultra-thin linear Bessel light sheet at the objective focal plane to excite samples, achieving low phototoxicity, high-speed, and high-resolution three-dimensional imaging of live cell structures. It offers a lateral resolution of 250 nm and a capture speed of up to 500 frames per second. The observable samples include live adherent cells or tissues, embryos or small animals and suspended cells or microorganisms.
