Microelectrode Array

Equipment Introduction
Maestro Edge multiwell microelectrode array (MEA) system is designed for labs with lower throughput needs. Record from 6- and 24-well MEA plates. Maestro Edge allows for non-invasive evaluation of your cells in an easy-to-use in vitro assay. It can monitor the intricate, electrical activity of excitable cells.
Specification
Field potential detection channel | 384 channels, and all electrode channels can simultaneously record and real-time monitor sample electrophysiological data. |
Integration | Automated temperature and carbon dioxide control functions. |
Temperature control module | Covers both sides of the microelectrode array porous plate to prevent condensation of water vapor on the top cover. |
Voltage and current stimulation modes | All electrodes on any plate type can be simultaneously selected to achieve concurrent stimulation of multiple electrodes in a single well. |
Use | All 384 microelectrodes can be simultaneously or arbitrarily selected as stimulation electrodes, and the setting of stimulation waveforms and modes (continuous current or continuous voltage) can be realized. |
Module | A optogenetic control module, with 4 independent light channels within a single well. |
Analog-to-digital conversion resolution | 16-bit |
Compatibility | 6- and 24-well MEA plates |
