Equipment Introduction
Abbelight SAFe 360 based on single molecule localization technology (SMLM). It can easily superresolution imaging at 15 nm level to observe organelle structure and morphology and the distribution, co-localization of different structural functional proteins. Through its unique ASTER scanning technology to achieve a single acquisition of 180 μm*180μm ultra-large field of vision imaging. Through its single-molecule tracking function, the system can realize the diffusion of small and medium-sized molecules in living cells, reconstruct the transfer trajectory and the diffusion mechanism of small molecules.
