Equipment Introduction

Agilent 1290 Infinity Ⅲ‑Pro iQ -single quadrupole LC-MS system. Its LC module offers a maximum pressure tolerance of 1300 bar and low extra-column dead volume, enabling efficient and rapid separation. The integrated Pro iQ mass detector features fast scanning, a wide mass range and high sensitivity. With a compact footprint, it can be stacked with the UHPLC system and supports ESI and APCI ionization modes. Seamlessly interfaced with the matched LC platform and OpenLab CDS workstation, the instrument streamlines qualitative and quantitative workflows. Equipped with intelligent status alert and auto-tune functions, it delivers excellent system stability and easy maintenance. It is mainly used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of small molecules, impurity profiling, peptide molecular weight determination, and screening of environmental contaminants. Widely applied in drug development, metabolomics, proteomics and environmental analysis, the instrument is open for shared access by researchers.
