Synthetic Biology
The Synthetic Biology Core at BioCRF is furnished with a biofoundry, featuring automation and analytics infrastructure to aid in the engineering of biological systems. The biofoundry includes robotic liquid-handling equipment, high-throughput analytical tools, necessary software, and data management systems to operate the equipment and support broader biofoundry capabilities. In addition, the Core is equipped with advanced tools such as QPix 420, ARTP, and the Microbial Microdroplet Culture system, providing necessary support for the development and optimization of synthetic biology processes, as well as the manufacturing of biological products, significantly expanding the solution space that can be explored for any given questions.
