Equipment Introduction
The OLYMPUS FVMPE-RS two-photon microscopy system is equipped with a 60x and an infrared-corrected 25x high-NA water immersion objective, along with high-power femtosecond lasers ranging from 690 nm-1040 nm and 690 nm-1300 nm, enabling multicolor two-photon imaging. The Inner Focus rotating objective allows seamless switching between upright and inverted microscope configurations, providing flexibility for various live tissue imaging applications. The resonant scanner achieves high-speed imaging up to 438 FPS, capturing fast dynamic processes. The SIM light-stimulation module enables spatially and temporally precise stimulation synchronized with two-photon imaging, significantly enhancing temporal resolution. The FVMPE-RS is a powerful and versatile multiphoton microscopy system, serving as a valuable tool for research in neuroscience, developmental biology, and other fields.
