Equipment Introduction

The fully automated drug screening system includes the Echo 655 acoustic liquid handling system, multi-mode microplate reader, automated plate sealer, automated plate peeler, microplate centrifuge, consumable supply station, automated incubator, and two liquid dispensers. The Echo 655 uses acoustic energy to achieve high-precision, fully automated, non-contact nanoliter-scale liquid transfer. The multi-mode microplate reader is equipped with multiple detection modules and can perform absorbance, fluorescence, chemiluminescence, and Alpha measurements. The automated plate sealer can adjust the sealing temperature within the range of 30-200 ℃. The automated plate peeler is compatible with various films and can peel up to 200 plates per hour. The microplate centrifuge has a maximum speed of 3000 rpm. The consumable supply station contains 10 shelves and can store various consumables. The automated incubator also contains 10 shelves and can control temperature and oxygen levels for the incubation of assay plates and cell culture. The two liquid dispensers can rapidly dispense volumes ranging from nL to uL. This system enables fully automated operations from sample preparation to detection results, greatly increasing the throughput and efficiency of drug screening.
