Cell Patch Clamp
Equipment Introduction
The cell patch clamp system is built around the HEKA EPC 10 USB Double low-noise dual headstage amplifier, paired with a high-performance inverted fluorescence microscope equipped with GFP and Texas Red filter sets and 4x to 40x air objectives. The system also integrates the MVC-801 multi-channel perfusion system, supporting various stimulation modes and drug perfusion. This versatile and flexible electrophysiology research platform has a wide range of applications, including ion channel functional analysis, synaptic plasticity mechanism exploration, drug screening, and toxicological assessments.
