Functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy
Equipment Introduction
The NIRSport2, a wearable system, offers 16 LED light sources (760 nm and 850 nm) and 16 detectors for monitoring oxygenated and deoxygenated hemoglobin changes to assess brain cortical function. With up to 240Hz sampling, it features wireless or standalone modes and real-time data processing, suitable for cognitive science, neuropsychiatric research, BCI, and visual interaction studies.
