Small Molecule Library
Introduction
High-Throughput Drug Screening Platform at BioCRF houses a comprehensive small molecule compound library comprising approximately 370,000 diverse compounds. This extensive collection is strategically organized into four major categories: Bioactive Libraries, Drug-like Libraries, Natural Product Libraries, and Targeted and Focused Screening Libraries, collectively containing 26 specialized sub-libraries. The platform's compound library has been meticulously designed in accordance with established medicinal chemistry principles, ensuring optimal molecular diversity and rich pharmacophore representation. This thoughtful design enables effective screening against various target types, providing a robust chemical foundation for pharmaceutical research and development initiatives. The resource is versatile, supporting both broad-spectrum screening campaigns and precision-targeted approaches for specific disease targets, thereby facilitating a wide range of drug discovery projects from initial hit identification to lead optimization.
